A
luminescent Kandinsky - pale green over gray, free-floating
shapes as transparent embers - sense of light as clouds
in pregnant glow - intermingling energies, interwoven and
over passing.
Consider
this while painting clouds consider this while making forms
- consider this when orchestrating the shapes.
Throughout
the final oil painted parts of Genesis - both the dark and
light spaces - using a stylus, write in every first name
in as many languages as I can find. Just the first names
- make it intimate and informal.
"Before the foundations
of the earth
" is the Book of Life (the Lamb's
book) and, Genesis, the foundation of the earth, seems to
be a likely place to suppose that the names of God's chosen
were before the foundations of the earth. To further this
idea is an idea that before any of us were even born our
names were written in Heaven - before the beginning of time,
the Lord knew all of us before we were ever born.
Here are some scriptures
to contemplate:
It is also interesting
to note that the genealogies of Genesis are given by first
name...
